Log in first, then open this link. Cancel Subscription sits at the bottom of the page. You confirm once, pick a reason, then confirm again. Paid features stay until the current period ends.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?

Then Grammarly cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
