Cancel GuitarTuna

Log in, scroll to the Membership section and press Cancel subscription. Premium runs to the end of the billing period, then the account drops back to the free version. Cancelling does not refund the last payment, and deleting the app or the account does not stop the billing.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then GuitarTuna cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Go to account.yousician.com and log in
  2. Scroll down to the Membership section
  3. Select Cancel subscription and confirm
  4. If Apple or Google Play charged you, cancel in that store instead
  5. Check who charged you before you start: you have to cancel with whoever took the payment
