Cancel Halo Collar

Sign in and choose Pause or Cancel Plan. Halo offers pause first, so select Click Here at the bottom of the menu, decline the offer to talk to its team, then Confirm Cancellation. The collar stops working at the end of the billing cycle. Restoring within 14 days is free, after that there is a 50 dollar reactivation fee.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at halocollar.com and open your account
  2. Select Pause or Cancel Plan
  3. Skip the pause offers and choose Click Here at the bottom of the menu
  4. Decline the offer to connect with the team in the Dog Park
  5. Select Confirm Cancellation
  6. Halo Care is a separate add-on: change it from Halo Care to Halo Protection under Change Plan, and note it cannot be dropped in its first 60 days
