Sign in and press Cancel Membership on the manage subscription page. If that link is missing, Headspace asks you to email help@headspace.com. Direct purchases are not refunded.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then Headspace cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
