Cancel HealthifyMe

No cancel page is published. In-app plans renew automatically unless stopped at least 24 hours before the period ends, in the store that billed you. The terms also allow cancelling a membership account within 45 days of subscribing.

Steps

  1. If Google Play or the App Store billed you, cancel the subscription in that store's settings
  2. Do it at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or it renews
  3. For a coach led plan, ask your coach or HealthifyMe support in the app to cancel it
  4. A membership account can be cancelled within 45 days of subscribing under the refund policy
  5. Email support@healthifyme.com if the app gives you no option
