Cancel HelloFresh

Sign in, click your name top right, open Account Settings, scroll down the Plan settings page to Status and click Cancel Plan, then follow the prompts. You must do this at least five days before the next delivery or that box is already locked in.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at your local HelloFresh site
  2. Open /account-settings/subscription-settings, for example hellofresh.com/account-settings/subscription-settings
  3. Scroll down the Plan settings page to the Status section
  4. Click Cancel Plan and follow every prompt to the confirmation message

HelloFresh runs separate country sites. Cancel on the one you signed up with.
