Cancel Hers Weight Loss

The weight loss membership does not use the normal Hers cancel path. Open Subscriptions, find the weight loss plan, choose Manage subscription, then Turn off auto-renew on my medication or membership, then pick which renewal to stop. Cancelling the membership also cancels the medication attached to it.

Sign in at forhers.com, or open the Hers app and tap the profile icon
Open Subscriptions
Find the weight loss subscription and select Manage subscription
Select Turn off auto-renew on my medication or membership
Choose which renewal to edit, the membership or the medication
Follow the prompts to the end and check the dashboard shows it off
