Cancel Hootsuite

Hootsuite has no cancel button, you downgrade. Open My profile, Manage my plan, Manage my Subscription, then Downgrade to Free. A free plan takes only 2 social accounts, so remove the extras first. Paid features run to the end of the billing period.

Opens hootsuite.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Hootsuite cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at hootsuite.com/dashboard
  2. Remove social accounts beyond 2, and leave any organisation you belong to
  3. Open My profile, then Manage my plan
  4. Expand Manage my Subscription
  5. Choose Downgrade to Free
  6. If you upgraded in the mobile app, cancel that subscription in the App Store or Google Play as well
