Cancel Hotspot Shield

For card or PayPal purchases, sign in to your account page and cancel the Premium auto-renewal there. The account stays active until the subscription expires, then reverts to the free plan. Refunds are a separate email or chat request.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or PayPal?

Then Hotspot Shield cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  3. Cancel the auto-renewal and confirm
