Cancel Hulu (Japan)

Sign in with the owner profile, then press 解約する on the account page. Scroll the notice to the bottom, choose 解約ステップを進める, skip the survey and press 解約する. You keep watching until the date shown.

Opens id.hulu.jp in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon or PayPal?

Then Hulu (Japan) cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open id.hulu.jp/account in a browser, the app cannot cancel
  2. Sign in and pick the owner profile, the leftmost one
  3. Under サービスのご利用状況 choose 解約する
  4. Scroll the ご解約の前に notice to the bottom and choose 解約ステップを進める
  5. Answer the optional survey, then choose 解約する
  6. Check the page says まもなくご契約が解除されます
