Cancel illico+
Sign in and open Mon compte, where you pick the kind of cancellation you want. Access runs to the end of the billing cycle. If Videotron or TELUS bills you, the cancel control is in their account portal instead, not here.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then illico+ cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- App subscribers: sign in at illicoplus.ca, click the icon at the top right and choose Mon compte, then pick your cancellation option
- Videotron Helix TV, Mobile or Helix Internet customers: use Mon compte at moncompte.videotron.com/forfaits/choix-chaines
- Videotron illico Tele customers: use Espace client at monespace.videotron.com
- TELUS or Koodo customers: use telus.com/montelus
- Access stays live until the end of the current billing cycle
