Cancel Indigo plum PLUS

Nothing renews on its own. plum PLUS is a 12 month membership that expires a year after you join, and Indigo asks you to buy a renewal if you want another year. Leaving early is allowed but the $39 fee is not refunded.

  1. Check nothing: plum PLUS expires 12 months after enrolment and does not auto renew
  2. At the end of the term you can renew, move back to the free plum rewards program, or deactivate the Indigo loyalty account
  3. Leaving early is allowed and your points move to a no fee plum rewards card
  4. There is no refund for any part of the annual membership fee
