Cancel IPVanish

Sign in to the customer portal, select Subscriptions on the left, then change plan, then pick the cancel option and follow it through. Reading the page does not cancel anything. Any linked service, such as cloud storage, is cancelled with it and those files are deleted.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then IPVanish cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in to My Account at ipvanish.com
  2. Select Subscriptions in the left menu
  3. Select change plan
  4. Choose the option to cancel the active subscription and follow the prompts
  5. Check that you get a confirmation before assuming it worked
