Cancel future billing in the Members Lounge under Subscription Settings, or email support, at least 3 working days before the term ends. Unsubscribing from the emails does not end the paid membership.

  2. Open Settings, then Subscription
  3. Cancel future billing
  4. Or email support@jacksflightclub.com at least 3 working days before the term expires
