Cancel Jasper

The billing page. Scroll to the bottom and use the cancel account button, then confirm. Cancellation lands at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are not automatic. You can pause for 30, 60 or 90 days instead.

Sign in at app.jasper.ai
Open Settings, then the billing or plans page
Scroll to the bottom and choose to cancel the account
Confirm, and email hey@jasper.ai within 7 days if you want a refund considered
