Cancel JioSaavn
On the website, open the profile icon, choose Account Settings and click Cancel under the Subscriptions tab. In the app it is Settings, Manage Plan, Change Plan, then pick the free plan. App store and Jio bundled plans still have to be stopped where you bought them.

Then JioSaavn cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

- Sign in at jiosaavn.com
- Click the profile icon in the top right and choose Account Settings
- Under the Subscriptions tab click Cancel
- In the app instead: Settings, Manage Plan, Change Plan, then choose No Plan or Free Plan and confirm
- If you bought through Apple or Google, cancel in that store too
Other countries
App store purchases must also be cancelled with Apple or Google after the plan is changed in the app.
