Cancel Kia Connect

Sign in to the Kia Owner's Portal, find the Account Overview tab on the Kia Connect Subscriptions page and click Cancel Subscription. Kia's terms promise a refund for the unused part of a paid term. The car usually drops to the free Kia Connect Lite package rather than losing everything, if it is eligible.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in to the Kia Owner's Portal at owners.kia.com
  2. Open the Kia Connect Subscriptions page and find the Account Overview tab
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
  4. Cancel any Digital Features and Services subscription separately, Kia says these do not stop with the main one
  5. Or call the Kia Connect Call Center on 1-844-886-9411, seven days a week 5am to 6pm Pacific
  6. Removing Kia Connect from the car entirely, rather than just the subscription, has to be done by phone or at a dealer
