Cancel Klover
App only. Profile, Klover+, Cancel Membership, pick a reason, tick the acknowledgment box, then log out and back in. Cancelling Klover+ leaves your Klover account open and the free features working. Closing the account is a separate step and is blocked while a balance is outstanding.

- Open the Klover app
- Go to Profile
- Select Klover+
- Tap Cancel Membership
- Choose your reason and tick the acknowledgment box
- Log out and log back in to see the change
- To close the account as well, go to Profile, Settings, Delete My Account and confirm
