Cancel KOCOWA+

A web subscription cancels in the browser: My Account, then Payment, then Cancel Plan, then a reason, then Continue to Cancel and Cancel Plan again. Access runs to the end of the billing cycle. App store and Roku, Fire TV and Verizon purchases cancel in those stores.

Then KOCOWA+ cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Sign in at kocowa.com in a web browser
Open My Account from the menu next to your name
Go to Payment
Click Cancel Plan in the My Subscription section
Pick a reason, click Continue to Cancel, then Cancel Plan
