Cancel KOHO
Sign in to the web app, open My Plan, then Manage my plan, then Cancel plan. Benefits run to the end of the billing period, then the account becomes Non-Member. Cover, Credit Building and other KOHO subscriptions keep billing separately.

What to expect

- Sign in at web.koho.ca/login, or open the KOHO app
- Open My Plan
- Choose Manage my plan on the web, or Change my plan in the app
- Select Cancel plan
- Cancel Cover and Credit Building separately if you have them, they are not part of the plan
