Cancel KX Pilates

Cancellation happens in the KX app, not on the website. Open More, then My Packages, then your membership, and cancel once the 8 week minimum term has been served. Cancellation fees may apply. Class packs are paid upfront and do not renew.

Steps

  1. Open the KX app
  2. Go to More, then My Packages, then your membership
  3. Cancel there, once the 8 week minimum term has been completed
  4. Cancellation fees may apply if you are still inside the minimum term
  5. There is a 7 day cooling off period from the day you purchase
  6. If you only need a break, a pause of 7 to 30 days can be requested in the app or from your studio
