Cancel Ladder

Ladder sells its PRO and ELITE plans as in-app purchases, so the cancellation happens in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings rather than on joinladder.com. The web site publishes no cancel page and no help centre exists.

Then Ladder cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions and cancel Ladder
On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel Ladder
If neither store shows the subscription, email hello@joinladder.com
