- Open lemino.docomo.ne.jp/account/contract in a browser and sign in with your d ACCOUNT
- Find Leminoプレミアム under your contract status
- Choose the cancellation link and re-authenticate when asked
- Work through the confirmation screen to the end
- If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead
