Cancel LINE MUSIC

The 会員情報 page. 購入内訳 tells you where you bought the plan, and that decides the route: Apple, Google Play, LINE STORE, the LINE MUSIC app itself, or a SoftBank options page. Finish at least 24 hours before renewal.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then LINE MUSIC cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

What to expect

Buried in settings

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at music.line.me/webapp/membership/my with the LINE account that bought the plan
  2. Read 購入内訳 to see where the plan was bought
  3. Apple or Google: cancel in the App Store or Google Play
  4. A carrier name or card brand: open the LINE MUSIC app, マイチケット, then 自動更新 解約 and 解除する
  5. LINE STORE: open store.line.me, マイページ, プラン管理, then 解約する next to LINE MUSIC
  6. SoftBank Mobile, Y!mobile or LINEMO: cancel the option in My SoftBank, My Y!mobile or My Menu
