Opt out of automatic renewal in your account before the 25th of the month, or the next box goes out. A three, six or twelve month subscription cancelled early is not refunded, except inside 14 days of receiving your first box.

  2. Open Subscriptions in My Account
  3. Opt out of automatic renewal before the 25th of your expiration month
  4. Cancel before the 26th of the month or you will still get that month's box
  5. For a refund inside 14 days of receiving your first box, contact the Help Centre
