Cancel Loom
On a legacy Loom workspace open Plan and Billing, choose Manage Subscription, then Downgrade to Starter. If Atlassian bills your Loom, cancel at admin.atlassian.com/billing instead. Cancellation lands at the end of the billing cycle, then you drop to 5 minute recordings and 25 videos.

What to expect
A couple of offer screensIf the button does not land you there
- Sign in at loom.com and open Settings, then the workspace Plan and Billing tab
- Click Manage Subscription
- Choose Downgrade to Starter
- Pick a reason and click Complete cancellation
- If your Loom sits in an Atlassian organisation, go to admin.atlassian.com/billing, open Subscriptions, find Loom, then Manage and Deactivate
