Cancel Lumosity

Log in first, then open this link. Find Billing Information, press Manage Billing, then Cancel Auto Renewal, and confirm with a reason. Training runs to the end of the paid term. If no cancel option appears, Lumosity asks you to email support instead.

Then Lumosity cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at lumosity.com
  2. Click your name in the upper right, then Account Settings
  3. Find the Billing Information section
  4. Press Manage Billing, then Cancel Auto Renewal
  5. Confirm and give a reason
  6. If the option is missing, email Lumosity support and ask them to turn off auto renewal
