Cancel Malwarebytes
Your payment page opens with a pop up. Select Turn auto-renewal off, pick a reason and select Send. The subscription stays active until its expiration date and a confirmation email follows.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?
Then Malwarebytes cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
