Cancel MasterClass

Log in first, then open this link. In Account Settings find the Membership section and click Cancel Membership, then Cancel Now on the next screen. Your subscription stays active to the renewal date. You cannot cancel in the app, use a browser.

  1. Log in at masterclass.com in a browser, not the app
  2. Click the profile or account menu in the top right, then Settings
  3. On a phone browser ignore the Go to the App button and use the top right menu
  4. In Account Settings, find the Membership section and click Cancel Membership
  5. Select Cancel Now to confirm
  6. If you subscribed through the App Store, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, cancel there instead
