Cancel Medium
This is the cancel page itself, the link Medium's own help article calls Cancel your membership. Benefits run to the end of the billing cycle. A membership bought in the iOS or Android app is billed by Apple or Google and has to be cancelled there instead.

Then Medium cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
