Cancel Mercedes me connect
The Mercedes me connect store, where the services are bought and managed after you sign in. Mercedes publishes no cancel button. Its refund policy takes refunds only by phone on 1-800-367-6372 or by email, within 30 days of activation, and a refund deactivates the service and removes it from the car.

- Open your services and pick the one you want to end
- Turn off its renewal there
- For a refund within 30 days of activation, call 1-800-367-6372
- Or email me-connect.usa@cac.mercedes-benz.com and wait for a live agent to confirm
