Cancel Microsoft 365

Log in first, then open this link. Find the subscription and choose Cancel subscription. If you only see Turn on recurring billing, it is already set to expire and no action is needed. Refund eligibility is shown only after you cancel.

Go to Microsoft 365’s cancel page

Opens account.microsoft.com in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then Microsoft 365 cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
