Cancel Miro

Cancelling happens in the admin console under Billing, and Miro puts several reason screens in the way. Paid features run to the end of the billing period, then boards turn read only. Miro does not refund unused time.

Steps

Sign in at miro.com and switch to the team that holds the subscription
Click your avatar, then Admin console
Open Billing in the left sidebar
Under Billing actions choose Cancel subscription
Choose Continue to cancel, give a reason, then Continue to cancel again
Confirm with Cancel subscription
