Cancel Misfits Market

Cancelling is two moves. On the My Plan page, Pause or Cancel Subscription first swaps you to the order-as-you-go Flex plan. Then return to My Plan and use the cancel plan link under Upgrade Plan to close the account. Billed orders still ship.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at misfitsmarket.com
  2. Open My Plan under the Account menu
  3. Under Need a break, choose Pause or Cancel Subscription to move to the Flex plan
  4. Return to My Plan and click the cancel plan link under the Upgrade Plan button
  5. Click Cancel Account in the confirmation pop-up
