Cancel Mondly

Mondly cannot cancel from its own app or site. Website purchases are billed by Verifone 2Checkout: sign in with the email or order number, follow the emailed link, open My Products and turn auto renewal off. Store purchases cancel in that store.

Find the receipt email to see who billed you
Website purchase: open the 2Checkout My Account page
Enter the email address or order number and follow the emailed sign in link
Open the My Products tab and turn off auto renewal
App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery purchase: cancel in that store
