Cancel MoneyLion

Cancelling happens in the app: profile icon, Settings, Manage membership, Cancel my membership, then confirm past the retention screen. Credit Builder Plus cannot be cancelled inside the first two months. Cancelling does not close a Managed Investing or MoneyLion Spend account.

  1. Open the MoneyLion app and tap the profile icon in the bottom right
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Select Manage membership
  4. Tap Cancel my membership, review the benefits screen, then tap Cancel my membership again to confirm
  5. Credit Builder Plus cannot be cancelled inside the first two months of membership
  6. If it will not cancel, use in app chat or call 1-844-224-0087, available 24/7
