Cancel Morningstar Investor

Open Subscription in My Account, click Cancel and follow the screens. Download your portfolios first: cancelling loses your portfolio data, watchlists, saved screens and custom views. Apple in-app purchases can only be cancelled through Apple.

Signed up through Apple?

Then Morningstar Investor cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at morningstar.com
  2. Open My Account, then Subscription
  3. Download your portfolio data if you want to keep it
  4. Click Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Or call +1 866 229 9449, or email cancellation@morningstar.com
  6. If you subscribed through Apple, cancel in the App Store instead
