MOVATI's FAQ says a membership can be cancelled at the end of its term by speaking to an associate in your club, and that the terms keep applying while you are still in term. The online member account handles payments and personal details, not cancellations.

Steps

  1. Check your agreement for the end date of your membership term, you cannot cancel mid term
  2. Go to your club and speak to an associate to cancel at the end of the term
  3. Club contact details are listed at movatiathletic.com/locations
  4. A Select membership can be frozen instead, two to twelve consecutive weeks, twelve weeks a year at most
  5. The member website at app.movatiathletic.com handles account details, not cancellations
