There is nothing to cancel. Mullvad sells prepaid time, not a recurring subscription, so it stops on its own when the time you paid for runs out. Email support if you want the account deleted.

  2. Check remaining time on the Account page at mullvad.net
  3. To delete the account, email support@mullvadvpn.net
