Cancel Musely

Sign in and you land on My Account. Open My Treatments, choose Adjust Refills, then Stop All Future Refills, pick a reason and keep going in the chat until it confirms. Every treatment has to be stopped separately, and a refill order already placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Sign in at musely.com and open My Account
Select My Treatments
Click Adjust Refills on the treatment you want to stop
Click Stop All Future Refills and choose a reason
Continue in the chat until you get a confirmation, then look for the confirmation email
Repeat for every treatment you hold
