Cancel My Food Bag

Sign in, open Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. You get offered Customise your Subscription and Skip Deliveries first, then a reason form, then one more offer. Keep clicking Continue Cancellation. The cut-off for next week is midnight Monday.

If the button does not land you there

  1. Open myfoodbag.co.nz/account and log in
  2. Select Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription
  4. Skip past Customise your Subscription and Skip Deliveries by clicking Continue Cancellation
  5. Give a reason, then Continue Cancellation, then Continue to Cancel on the last offer
  6. You are done when the confirmation email arrives. Cut-off for next week's meals is midnight Monday
