Cancel MyHeritage

This link opens My Purchases, where every MyHeritage subscription is listed. Turn off auto renewal on the one you want to end. Your tree stays, the paid record and DNA matching features stop when the term ends.

Then MyHeritage cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Open myheritage.com/my-purchases and sign in
  2. Find the subscription in the list
  3. Turn off auto renewal or cancel it
  4. Check for the confirmation email
  5. If Apple or Google billed you, cancel in that store instead
