Log in first, then open this link. It is the page Naked Wines names for cancelling an Angel account. Any unspent balance stays in your account to spend later. Wine Genie and other subscriptions cancel separately under My Subscriptions.

Then Naked Wines cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
