Cancel Namecheap

The gentle route is Hosting List, then Manage, then untick auto renew, which leaves the plan running to its billing date. Cancel service ends it at once and erases the data. A domain registration renews separately and is not cancelled with the hosting.

  1. Sign in to your Namecheap account
  2. Open Hosting List in the left menu
  3. Click Manage next to the service, then untick the auto renew option
  4. Or click Cancel service, read the terms, and confirm with Yes, cancel hosting
  5. Dedicated servers cancel only through Live Chat or billing@namecheap.com
