Cancel Nanit Insights

The My Nanit plan page. Nanit's own article says a plan bought on Android or the web is managed here, while anything bought in the iOS app since December 2021 is billed by Apple and has to be cancelled under Subscriptions in iOS Settings, at least 24 hours before it renews.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Nanit Insights cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

What to expect

A couple of offer screens

If the button does not land you there

  1. Sign in at my.nanit.com
  2. Open Manage Plan
  3. End the Insights plan there
  4. If you subscribed in the iOS app, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Nanit
  5. Cancel each camera's subscription separately if you have more than one
