Cancel Neo Financial

Neo has no cancel, only a downgrade to Essentials, which is free. On a standard subscription the downgrade takes effect on the first day of next month and you pay the full monthly fee until then. On a free trial it is immediate.

Sign in at member.neofinancial.com, or open the Neo app
Open memberships, the blue lightning icon at the top right on the web, or in Accounts in the app
Choose Essentials, the free tier
Confirm, a standard downgrade lands on the first day of the next month
Holding a credit card with the secured credit limit feature means closing that account first, because Essentials has no security funds
