Cancel Neon
Log in first, then open this link. Choose Plan and Payment, and under Manage your plan press Cancel. On a phone the menu is top left. You can resume the plan later by logging back in.

- Open My Account
- Choose Plan and Payment, using the menu at top left on a phone
- Under Manage your plan, click Cancel
- If an app store bills you, cancel there instead
