Cancel Net Nanny

Turn off auto renewal in Account Settings. You keep the subscription until the end of the term you have paid for, and there is no pro rata refund for the rest of it. App store purchases have to be cancelled in the app store.

Go to Net Nanny’s cancel page

Opens netnanny.com in a new tab. You will need to log in.

Signed up through Apple or Google Play?

Then Net Nanny cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. Sign in at netnanny.com/account
  2. Open Account Settings
  3. Turn off auto renewal, or resign the subscription
  4. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there instead
