Cancel Netmeds First

Netmeds says outright that once paid for, the Netmeds First membership cannot be cancelled. There is no cancel button and no refund. It is a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months that simply expires, and Netmeds emails a reminder to renew. Ignore the reminder and it ends.

Steps

  1. There is no cancellation. The Netmeds First FAQ says that once paid for, the membership cannot be cancelled
  2. The membership is a fixed term of 3, 6 or 12 months and it expires on its own
  3. Netmeds sends a reminder email when the term is about to end. Ignoring it lets the membership lapse
  4. For anything else about the membership, email cs@netmeds.com or call 072007 12345
  5. Netmeds also sells a separate repeat medicine subscription, which is a different thing and can be started and stopped from your account
