What to expect

Buried in settings

If the button does not land you there

Open regist.nikkei.com/ds/setup/subscribe/ and sign in with your 日経ID
Check which contract is listed: 日経電子版, 日本経済新聞宅配, or the set plan
Follow the 解約 option for that contract and finish every screen
If a newspaper agent (新聞販売店) bills you directly, contact that agent instead
The customer centre is 0120-21-4946, 7am to 9pm, if the page will not let you cancel
